Charge 5 black screen

About a week ago my Charge 5 went black. I’ve tried to restart it by picking the button on the charger as described, and the logo shows, and then it turns black again. It updates, but it doesn’t buzz and it’s totally black. 
I downloaded a new look for it, and it showed the process, but when it was done it just got black again. 
it’s really just over two years old. What’s up? What do I do?

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.

yes, I did, and since I’ve really tried everything, and I’m still covered buntar warranty, I’m getting a new one 🙂

I have the same issue as Alex but have not contacted support yet.Im ready to run over my fitbit with an 18 wheeler! I tried all that she did what can you suggest if you're willing please and thank yoh

My charge five is black too. Ive tried everything you have even bought a new charger. It doesnt even vibrate when I attach the charger. It doesnt even get the logo up when predd the restart button. What do we all do as it seems to be a recurring problem for many charge fives
