About a week ago my Charge 5 went black. I’ve tried to restart it by picking the button on the charger as described, and the logo shows, and then it turns black again. It updates, but it doesn’t buzz and it’s totally black.
I downloaded a new look for it, and it showed the process, but when it was done it just got black again.
it’s really just over two years old. What’s up? What do I do?

My charge five is black too. Ive tried everything you have even bought a new charger. It doesnt even vibrate when I attach the charger. It doesnt even get the logo up when predd the restart button. What do we all do as it seems to be a recurring problem for many charge fives

The team is aware of the blank screen issue for the Charge 5. To the best of my knowledge, they are investigating the issue and will be working on a fix. However, we haven't heard of a timeline for the fix.

Should we understand that Fitbit might have pushed something that breaks the charge 5 ?
I have the same issue. Reset button make the watch vibrate, seen once the Fitbit logo. Would not react or connect to the app anymore.
