the wristband of my Charge 5 is broken.
Can you help me to get a new one? What kind of info do you need?

If it is the band that broke, replacements are available on the Google Store or Amazon.

If it broke where the band attaches to the tracker, you can try contacting support here.

The silicone band on my broke as well. (The thinner sections)
I  purchased a Fitbit Charge 5 band replacement on Amazon. They have a bunch of different tracker bands. You don't even have to get a silicone one. Which was great because I didn't like it and my new one is much more comfortable. And it was far cheaper as well.
Just do a search for "Fitbit Charge 5 (replacement) band" and a bunch of results should display.
And Youtube has videos on how to replace them. Good thing too because I didn't know how to. It's easy. Again, if you do a search on YouTube for something like "how to replace/change Fitbit Charge 5 band" you should find a video that will help.
