Last week my Fitbit screen broke. I was told to send it back so they could fix it. They said 10 days but wondering about people’s experience?

Hi, @Loosing007, welcome, sorry to hear your Charge 5 is broken, we'll need more information if we are to offer realistic comments. Are "They" Fitbit? Is this "Customer Support" dealing with your problem under Fitbit's warranty? If this is the case and they say 10 days then you would be wise to keep an eye on their deadline.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Hi @Loosing007 I'm wondering the same as @Gr4ndp4 I've been on the forums for a long time and never have I seen a case where Fitbit repairs anything. They usually send a discount coupon for another device, if that.
Hi @Gr4ndp4 good to see you on the forums!

Thanks for getting back to us @Loosing007. Thank you for sharing your Charge 5 experience.
I checked your case and it is from Fitbit.
As @Gr4ndp4 and @Odyssey13 mentioned, Fitbit doesn't have a repair center but keep in touch with our team in order to get most likely a replacement.
Thanks for your comments and advise @Gr4ndp4, @Odyssey13.
Have a nice day.
