App changes weight automatically on Charge 5

The Fitbit app is automatically changing the weight I enter from 157 to 156.9.  Based on previous community messages, this has been an ongoing issue since at least 2017 and seems limited to be specific weights (157 and 145) however I have not experienced it in the past. The only response from moderators was to mark the reply that fixed the issue which hadn't been fixed.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that does not fix the issue. Anyone else have a solution?

Hello, @Misst4tx, welcome to the community forums!

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the weight logged in your app using a Charge 5.

I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.

Actually they did not provide me a solution. I was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did not have time to do it at that moment however I did try that later and it did not solve the problem hence the reason I started this thread. I did find a solution on my own but thanks. A for effort, F for lack of attention to detail.

I don't have a solution but just want to add that it is also happening to me - when entering 157.0 as a weigh-in, the app is changing it to 156.9. Really seems like it is related to that specific weight and the app itself - not the Fitbit device - as I have a Luxe. For now, I'm just editing from 156.9 back to 157.0 whenever I see it has been changed again. I'm not gonna bother uninstalling/reinstalling as it clearly isn't a solution.

I saw the 2017 post in my search but no others.... I guess we'll see it happens for me again at 145 when I get there!
