Beginning Sunday, April 13, I set a goal for myself of walking at least six miles and burning 2,500 calories.
I have hit that goal every day usually ending at about 6.25 miles and a calorie count in the 2,500s.
When I re-check the next day. The mileage and steps have not changed but the calorie count has dropped by about 150 into the 2,400s.
What is going on do I need to burn 2,600 to be sure I am credited with being in the 2,500s the next day?
