I just transferred to a Google account and none of my historical data transferred.

Everything is back to 0 - with nothing from the past week/months/years - I've had an account for years and it's acting like i'm a new user. What gives - everything i read said historical data transfers. I even had to re-select my clock face and reset my step goals.

Hello @Shoga

Please try uninstalling, then re-installing the Fitbit app. This method worked for several users who weren't seeing their historical data.

My app transferred my data, but I am logged in on my desktop Fitbit account to change my activities listing and it won't let me access my account. It gives me a server error. Any advice?

Hello @wfoste

The fitbit.com website was retired last year. That's why you're getting a server error and can't access your account.

Do you, by chance, know how I can access the program where I can change the fitness activities that come up on my Fitbit?

Or have a suggestion on who I can reach out to?

Hello @wfoste

Everything is now done through the Fitbit app on your mobile device (phone/tablet). You should be do some editing on your fitness activities through the app.
