Charge 5 can I removed Heart Rate from clock face scroll?

I've switched off heart rate monitoring as it wasn't working and was causing me anxiety (I've already contacted support but they've not got back to me)

the issue now is that I've switched it off but the heart rate shows on the clock face as a heart and 2 dash's, I'd rather it just not be on the scroll at all but there are no clock faces that I can see where you can choose which things are included on the clock face? Can I do this some how?

Hello @Oxnerd

You mention that your heart rate monitoring isn't working. Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 5? That's the heart rate sensor. To check, put your finger over the middle of the back of the device. When you lift your finger, you should see a green light.

If you don't see a green light, please follow up again with Fitbit support to let them know that you have a defective device.

Regarding your question about the clock faces. There are only a couple of clock faces that display the heart rate on the main screen. So, you can use one that doesn't have the heart rate on the main screen.  As you noticed, when you swipe up, the next screen will include heart rate. I don't believe there's a way to remove heart rate from that particular screen.

Hi, the green light is on when the HR monitor is switched on it just seems to not be able to read my heart rate correctly and often tells me its much higher than it actually is. I cant find any clock faces where heart rate isn't displayed at all even if its on the tap through.
