My Fitbit charge 5 won't let me access settings and won't swipe right or left for me to turn off an alarm.

Hello @CowieT1307 

Have you had a chance to restart your Charge 5 using the charging cable that came with your device? This is usually the first troubleshooting step to try.

If you haven't done a restart this way, this page (<-- click link) has the instructions.
