My suitcase was stolen and with it my charge 5 charging cord.  Where is the best place to get a replacement?  I’m currently in San Antonio.

Hi @rhhanson sorry your suitcase was stolen. You can buy a Charge 5 charger at any authorized retailers, such as Best Buy, Target or Walmart. You could get one from the online Fitbit Store, but it might take longer to get to you with the holiday rush.

As Odyssey13 mentioned, you can purchase the charging cable on any of the authorized retailers. 

I'll also leave here the link for the Fitbit Online Store and the charging cable.

Good info. Thanks. I was going to head out to Best Buy tomorrow, and it sounds like they’ll have what I need.

@rhhanson   Best Buy is has your best chance of finding one locally.  They are in some, but not all stores.  The website will give you store availability.  Target and Walmart are online only.  Just so you know, the Charge 5 and the Luxe use the same charging cable.
