I opened my fit bit app again today to see new clock faces but it says I can use them. I really want to use them but I can’t. Help pls?

Hi, @Exlecti, I've noticed this too, it seems to be linked to the update. I've recently updated a Lux & Inspire and can get all the clock faces in the gallery.

Yeah I'm finding this too with a brand new replacement Charge 5 that arrived today... all updated and synced but can't use the new faces- really disheartening after not having a watch for over 2 months.
