Good beginner's tutorial for Fitbit Charge 5??

I thought I was pretty tekkie until my Fitbit arrived today😂

Can someone help me find a video, or text tutorial on the Fitbit Charge 5?  I plan to use this if it kills my last remaining brain-cells to figure it out, so I bought the lifetime membership.  Thought that was a pretty good deal, and I didn't want to be hounded while using the "free app" 😉

Thanks for any direction, I think I made a mistake by using my login from Google, but too late to change that.  I've read once you sign up through google there's no going back, GG 🙂

Thank you Johnny, that's way better than the teenie one it came with, my eyes aren't that good 🙂  I've got hooked up to the app on my phone, all is going good, but I'll figure more out tomorrow.
