My Charge 5 (3 months old) is completely dead. I was swimming with it this morning on Water Mode. When I tried to unlock it the screen remained black.
The battery was on 95% when it last synced.
None of the sensor lights on the back are on.
I have tried resetting through the charger about 20 times but it doesn't even vibrate when attached and just heats up.
Any thoughts?
Thanks Edmond. I've been in touch with Customer Support through Twitter and awaiting a resolution.
