Another charge 5 died, tried the hard reset - nothing- tried online chat support - unavailable so emailed and no response

Hello @linsjoy 

Even though it shouldn't be this way, you need to be your own advocate with Support.

Email seems to be the least effective way to contact Support. Calling or chat are better.

Thanks so much for this- I tried to chat but the option said unavailable- I will give them a call then as I’ve had no email response as of yet.
