My Charge 5 is crashing during exercise. About 1.5km into a run I will look at the watch and the screen has returned to the home/clock face screen. It then goes black and the Fitbit logo comes up as it reboots. I then need to restart the exercise tracking and so far this will work through until the end of the run. Any ideas how to solve this frustrating glitch?

Let me know if you were tracking this activity using GPS, whether it's built-on or connected GPS with your phone. In the meantime, please make sure that you've restarted your device using the three pulse restart method, instead of the restart you can find on the device's settings:
This has been useful for other users experiencing similar problems.

Thanks @DavideFitbit - very helpful.
I was tracking with GPS but I do not know if it was the built in or with phone. My phone was in my pocket.
I’ve tried the three pulse reset and have not had the issue since so all good.
I’ve run with phone in pocket and without.
