I restarted my phone, my Fitbit app and my actual Fitbit Charge 5 and my calories are not updating properly it still says only like 800 out even though I'm well over 11 thousand steps.
Please help!

Hi, welcome to the Community forums, @Srgeary21.
I appreciate the information you've provided about this inconvenience with your Charge 5.
Keep in mind that there is an amount of calories burned while you're not wearing the device that will correspond to the basal metabolic rate (BMR), which is the rate at which you burn calories at rest just to maintain vital body functions like breathing, heartbeat, and brain activity. This is estimated based on the physical data you entered when you set up your account.
However, if you're still having trouble with the calories, even after taking into consideration the BMR, please make sure that all the information in your account settings is correct (height, weight, sex, and age).
If you do feel that the amount of calories burned is too high based on your personal setting, please try to restart your device following these steps, and check if you continue to experience the same problem.
if you're not able to see the calories in the Fitbit app, you can also try the steps listed here below:
Hope this helps, I'll be around.
