I have a Charge 5 that has synced seamlessly for three months...it stopped syncing last night around 5:00 PM and thought maybe servers were down. Tried a few different times and still no syncing. I quit the app, updated ios app, logged out, rebooted and nothing. I noted my steps, active minutes, etc from the Charge 5 device and went to sleep.
This morning noticed Charge 5 was continuing to accumulate steps from yesterday? Finally after rebooting the device and pairing the Charge 5 around 10:00 AM, it synced....everything from today was reset to -0-?? Yesterday's steps showed the cumulative number (roughly 34 hours worth), never did update the active minutes (it should have said 161 zone mins but stayed at 120) and recorded no sleep for last night? Going forward steps and zone mins seem to have updated starting at 10:00 AM?
Any thoughts as to why, but more importantly any way to get my stats synced correctly? I have not had the option to update the firmware yet.
