Charge 5 dark mode on all clock faces

While wearing my Fitbit Charge 5, I noticed that during the daytime I can barely see my screen. I realized that the screen a bluish green color. It looks like night or dark mode. I have tried everything to change the color back to normal but I haven't found a resolution yet. I can only see my watch face at night and the color remains bluish-green. Have anyone experienced this?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Bsross

Thank you for sharing your inquiry about your Charge 5.

This sounds like the Do Not Disturb Mode or the Sleep Mode features might be turned on, as these features automatically make the screen darker or dim. When these features are on, their respective icons illuminates in quick settings. You can check them out by swiping down from the main screen.

Hope this helps, I'll be around.

Hello,

I checked my Fitbit Charge 5. My DND and Sleep mode are both off. As I was checking it, my fitbit went black. I charged it and then I restarted it but it still did not come on. I can feel it vibrate but I cannot see not one thing on the screen. So, Im guessing when my Fitbit 5 went dim, it was going out completely. What can I do about this? I haven't had this Fitbit for even a year yet.
