Charge 5 deletes activity while syncing

Hello,

There has been sometimes that when I open the android app and try to sync my Charge 5, it will put all my data to 0.

I appreciate the information provided about this issue when syncing your Charge 5 data. 

 

Let me know if you always experience this problem or if this happened only once.  In the meantime, please make sure to restart your device using the charging cable. If the problem is related to the app, please try the following steps as well: 

 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your information 
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
