Charge 5 didn't refresh overnight

It tells the right day and time but is carrying on from yesterday's steps and active minutes. There is no update to my sleep or the five metrics - resting heart rate, blood oxygen, etc.

On the app, my steps are set at zero. I have tried re-syncing.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This seems odd and to look into this, may I know if this continues happening? Do you see an error message when trying to sync or update your details? Also, did you try updating the Fitbit app to see if that help?

In the meantime, I'd suggest the following steps and keeping an eye on its behavior afterward:

  1. Forget your tracker from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your Charge 5 to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
