My Charge 5 died while on a weekend trip and forgot my charger. 2 days before I was able to charge. Charge showed 91% then would not come on, now the screen is all white, like a I have a flashlight instead of a Fitbit on my wrist. It still connects to Bluetooth. I've tried restarting twice. Any suggestions?
Update: I have also tried to change my clock face from my app, but the app no longer showing the "devices" icon. I can't find where to change the clock anymore either.

Thanks for the detailed information, and the troubleshooting steps that you've tried prior to posting. I understand how you're feeling and because it's been a couple of weeks after your post, could you confirm if the issue persists? Is your Charge 5 still syncing with the Fitbit app? Also, have you updated the Fitbit app to the latest version?
In regards to the clock faces, you can find the Devices icon at the upper left corner of the Today tab (see screenshot below):
