Charge 5 died suddenly

I just commented in this forum yesterday that the battery charging issue faced by some of us since end March seemed to have been resolved, my charge 5 died this afternoon. The re-start does not work. I have put the charging cable on for the past hour, it shows blank screen.

Now after a few restarts, it shows the FitBit logo. And it stays there. 😴

After all the retries advised by this forum, and could never get any service support in the whole of last week, I just got a Apple Watch.

Tried to contact the service centre day and night in local time, you got this same message. This message was shown 2 minutes ago.
