I know this is an issue in the past. I’ve noticed it happening again. Charge 5 appears not connected in Bluetooth, which means I have to get Bluetooth to forget the device then pair again.
Charge 5 is a disappointing device. This is my replacement Charge 5. First Charge 5 was returned.

The team is aware of this problem and they're working on a resolution, but we haven't received other updates for the moment. If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users:

I have same problem and now won’t even connect at all. I’ve reloaded app
did everything mentioned above. I’ll try again but not finding my Charge 5 so it can’t be added to my phone again and can’t track
