So, I accidently fell into this article. What's interesting is that it addresses, why my FitBit has drops and my FitBit/app is telling me to wear it and I do.
FitBit-when will this fix come through? Very frustrating when you don't have info and the device has not been off.
Also, using the "EDA Scan" I get a reading that my BPM can't be deducted and to have the device on. It is on and the "EKG" works just fine.

Nothing works on my charge 5 but number of steps since it went haywire. Won’t sync, no notifications, EDA…nada.

Same here. Very frustrating. None of their work around actually work. Wish I had my Charge 4 back. This is useless.
