Charge 5 display and battery issues

I bought Fitbit charge 5, couple of months ago. Display not working, battery not lasting. 
have not had a good response from Fitbit support

Hi, @Jagir , I am sorry that you have not had a good response from Support!  

Could you provide more details about your issues?  In what way is the display not working?  Is it completely blank?  How long is your battery lasting?

Display screen is blank
I restart using the button on the charge
I did sync
But it is not tracking any of activities.
I have tried everything and just really fed up with it.

I am really disappointed with Fitbit customer support. I have not been able to use my Fitbit since last Wednesday. 

I can’t phone them or chat to them.

just so so disappointed and frustrated with it all

Hi, @Jagir , once again I am sorry that you have not yet been able to be in touch with Fitbit Customer Support.  Have you tried email?  That is often an excellent method because you can be very clear about your issues.

 

Tell them what OS you use (iPhone or Android). That’s an important first step.

Tell them what version of the operating system you use - if you know!  You can often see this on your app

Tell them what error messages (if any) that you have seen and tell them where it seems to be stopping / going wrong

Tell them if this is a new problem or if you have had it before.  

You could also post this information here in the Community, while you are waiting for a response from Support.  With more information the Community can answer many questions.

Hi, @Jagir , we would love to help, but need more specifics.

 

It sounds like you have a lot of issues.  Most recently you say your Fitbit is not tracking any of your activities.  Is it counting your steps?  Can you see your step count on the screen of your Charge 5 or in your app?  

What happens if you try the restart?  

If you can give more detail we may be able to help.

My Fitbit does not work at all

Display doesn’t work and it doesn’t track my activities.

Hi, @Jagir , okay, let’s start at the beginning.  Did your Fitbit ever turn on?  We’re you able to set it up?  What phone / tablet do you use?

 

Please give as much information as possible in order to get help.

Thank you for your help, I bought my Fitbit couple of months ago.

My Fitbit has been working until 26th October, it has not worked since then.
I use my iPhone to sync it.

It is charging but the display is not working and it is not tracking my activity.

I have tried restarting with charger several times it didn’t work.

I had charge 3 for 3 years and then it stopped working in the same way.

As I have had no help from Fitbit, I just want my money back. I am so fed up with it.
