Lost heart rate data

Recently changed from Charge 4 to Charge 5. Prior to setting up the Charge 5 first synced the Charge 4 on the Fitbit app AGI make sure I saved all the data. However I seem to have lost all my heart rate data from prior to when set up the Charge 5. All my other data is there - exercise stats, sleep data, but no heart rate data. Any suggestions?

@Bchorn57 Please check wether or not your heart rate data is shown on your Fitbit Dashboard on the web.
