Please help! My Charge 5 buzzes me CONSTANTLY when I am on a phone call! The screen says Active Call and it buzzes me about every 20 seconds for the duration of the phone call. I purchased a Charge 5 earlier this year, it did the same thing, customer support couldn’t resolve, and I returned it. Reluctantly I purchased another Charge 5 a few months later, hoping maybe I just received a defective device, and the new one hadn’t been doing this until today. Any advice? This is intolerable and I will be returning it If I can’t resolve.
Also, same device, EVERY time I open the Fitbit app and sync, my device notifies me to Add Card. I click Got It and it clears, but I get the notification EVERY time I open the app, several times a day.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, or I am returning this one, too.

@Wendy2022 I'm sad to hear that your're in trouble with your Charge 5.
Sometimes it's best to do a factory reset if you're experiencing several problems at once.
To do so you should first synchronize your device with the Fitbit app to get your current data safe.
Then go to your account in the Fitbit app and remove your Charge 5.
Now you should make sure that your Charge 5 is attached to the charging adapter before continuing.

After that your Charge 5 is ready to be set up from start, this time hopefully without any struggle.
