Charge 5 display not working

Hi all, the display of my Charge 5 remains off but the green light in the bottom side of the tracker still blink correctly.

My smartphone syncronize correctly with the tracker but the display still does not work.

I've already tried the 3 seconds restart  or change clock procedure as suggested in post charge 5 stopped working but it's all useless.

Thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Charge 5 and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've sent you a few instructions. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can let you know how to proceed.
