Charge 5 battery and display issue

Encountered battery drained too fast 2 days ago. Was advised by Fitbit support to update firmware and re setup. I have done that but the screen appeared light green in color throughout. Cannot see time and everything. Even performed the 3 pressed of the charging cable button also cannot work. Tried getting back to support but unable to. so so frustrating. my case number is 46162829. can anyone help?

I've been informed that you were able to get in touch with the Customer Support team again for further assistance with this and they've provided you with some instructions. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them and they will let you know how to proceed.
