I been a loyal customer. When my Charge 4 just stop working literally a week after the one year warranty expired, I said to my self I would not complain. I went and bought a Charge 5 for my wife and I. I have told many friends to get one. I am not kidding you. Both died and bricked around the same time. Literally at week or so after the warranty ran out again. This time I called support and they told me they would give me a discount on the next one. Are you kidding me. They need to market it as that you need to buy a new one every year. Is it the firmware or bad quality build or both. Anyway I will never buy a fitbit ever again. My smart watches that I bought many many years ago, that I have upgraded from still works. I wore my fitbit when I wore a traditional watch. This is so disheartening... Fitbit is just not with it. Shame.

My fitbit Aria 2 was fine except my weight is now "ERR" : no way to fix, no guarantee
My fitbit charge 5 was fine, except it's now a black useless brick, no fix, no guarantee
