New Charge 5 - ECG function won't work

Hi 

Got a Charge 5 a few days ago.(I'm in the UK)

Trying to run the ECG function. Problems syncing to phone (galaxy S20) - the Heart Rhythm Assessment shows as already run with "View Results" listed but then you click on that and it says there are no results to show. On the watch, it constantly says either "can't find phone" or the" open app on phone" and blue "done" box, when clicked done it goes round in a circle.

I have uninstalled the Fitbit app, reinstalled it, power cycled both phone and watch several times to no avail.

I have all the permissions set in the permissions tab

it also won't let me uninstall the ECG app to reinstall that either

I'm stumped, can anyone offer any ideas?

Hi, it's good to see you visiting the community forums for the first time, @Giggles81

It seems that you already tried a few of the steps that are usually helpful with ECG related issues. 

If you haven't done so already, please try restarting your device  using the charging cable, as described here. If the issue persists, please try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account as well, then repeat the process to set up the ECG feature as well.
