Charge 5 does not add workout to week

This has happened a few times. I workout 4 times a week but in the iphone app it only shows 1. Even though my zone minutes goal is 20 min and it logs 30 zone minutes

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've been experiencing with your workouts.  

 

Just to confirm, you're seeing the correct amount of active zone minutes that corresponds to those workouts you mentioned earlier, but you're not actually seeing the workouts being logged to the Fitbit app, correct? 

 

Let me know if this is happening with a specific type of workout (using exercise shortcuts on the device)  or if you're referring to the activities that should be tracked automatically by your device, like: Walk, Run, Outdoor Bike, Elliptical, Sports, Aerobic Workout and Swimming. 

 

In the meantime, please try the following steps in case the problem it's related to the app: 

 

  • Log out from the app.
  • Clear Cache for the Fitbit app on your phone's settings (Settings > Apps > Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache)
  • Restart your phone. 
  • Log back in to check if you're able to see your information.
  • Try to set up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account if you're still having the same problem.
