My fitbit does not count Floors I climbed. This has been the case since I bought it. Is there any possibility to change this in the settings?

Charge 5 doesn't offer floor counting. It seems that Fitbit's main focus on this device was heart health. That's why it offers a one-phase ECG that is even approved as a medical device in some countries. You simply cannot have all possible features in such a tiny device.
