My Charge 5 is not tracking exercise. I’ve had problems synching ever since I got it and always have to disconnect Bluetooth to get it to synch. Now it is not tracking exercise as it should. I’ve read the old thread and tried everything suggested. Also I can’t find the reboot button on the charger. This is awful compared to my old Inspire.

Do you realize there is a restart option in Settings without the button?

My charge 5 wasn't synchronizing for about two days. Since updating.
My charge 5 hadn't synchronized for about two days. Not sure about the time frame, but suspect the update caused a synchronize glitch.
Restarting the Fitbit charge 5 device, by hitting the button on the charging cable while the Fitbit device is charging seems to have resolved the problems with my device.
Thanks to the advice of JohnnyRow, my device seems to have started working and the data from the past two days has updated.
