The spo2 has stopped working on 21/12/23. Uninstalled app and repaired watch to no effect. No red light on the back, just the green one. Is the device defective?

Not really helpful. Should sort itself out after 2 hours didn't quite cut it. Being told to update to version 4.06 that isn't available on playstore isn't a solution. No explanation as to why spo2 should stop working a week ago. Do I need a new Fitbit under warranty. That would be the third failure. Not good is it?
