Charge 5 STOPPED HOLDING CHARGE!! ridiculous! 3rd & ,last Fitbit! AWFUL

Hi, @RobertaRose Welcome to the community.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the battery of your Charge 5.

Have you checked this article already? It includes steps to get this situation solved. Also, can you respond the following, please?

- Are the green lights in the back of the Fitbit on?
- For how long have you charged it?
- When you connect it to the charge it, does it vibrate?
- If you haven't charged it again, try to do it at least for 2 hrs.

Same problem when I plug it in it will vibrate and turn on show 1% about 30 seconds later 0% and then die I’ve tried to restart it but it doesn’t restart and I’ve left it on the charger for over 24 hours. It’s not a bad connection cable or usb adapter.
