Last week after having the Charge 5 in the shower for 5 minutes the problems with charging started.
I had to charge it 2 to 3 times a week. Now it doesn't charge at all. The Fit Bit icon comes up when you 1st put it on the charger then shuts off. I have only had this watch for a year and 1/2
The recommended troubleshooting steps they suggest did not work
I do not recommend this product to anyone

There was a problem with the recent fitbit update. You can contact customer support for replacement options.
