I cannot wait for the next Fitbit which will also be missing the "Heart rate" has a feature. But at least it will be sold as "Advanced"  😠

Please note that  floors aren’t tracked on Charge 5, Luxe or any Inspire series devices. Although it is designed without floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices does. Charge 5 was nowhere announced having a floor counting function. If you've made the wrong choice, you could try to claim for return policy.
