My Charge 5 was working ok
But from 23 August has stopped logging heart rate and resting heart rate.
When I look at graph in App, there is no data.
I've updated firmware.

Same! August 28th was my last date of heart rate. My activity hours show on my Charge 5 but the app says no active hours. So frustrating!

I spent hours, reloading Fitbit, repairing, deleting storage and cache
But still no heart rate data.... I'm very frustrated also.

Yay! Mine still isn't... Did you do anything to make it happen? I will try restarting again... Crossing my fingers.

I have had this problem since July with both Fitbit 4 and new Fitbit 5 and numerous calls to support made no difference. In the last week
my RHR was resolved TWICE only and there is no graph of daily activity on my Samsung phone. Previous week only SIX days shown, previous 4. The system is no longer reliable and has suddently become so for me in last 4 months.

Did the same as suggestion of support several times in July with Charge 4 and problem not resolved. 4 replaced under warranty with 5 three weeks ago and same problem exists. Seems there is no solution. My phone is uptodate Samsung S21 and has new ap and is kept updated. Very disappointing

It will work again when it wants to. I think it's not the actual product but FITBIT's firmware/software. Fitbit support cannot help.
