Ive had no sync for 10 hours i contacted Fitbit help Chat and advised someone called Razza about this known fault and he took me round in circles then ended the call. I have a receipt for purchase 15.5.22 yet im told in writing that i fitbit do not refund goods not fit for use. This is not lawful in the U.K. How can i get support
