My Charge 5 stopped getting notifications like texts, calls or met my goals. I did everything possible and it doesn’t work.

Shutdown the phone, a simple restart may not be enough. 

Restart the tracker? 

Tried setting up notifications? This should renew the needed permissions. 

Setup notifications.
