Charge 5 doesn't track floors

The Charge 5 is a backward step, not an upgrade. It's total rubbish. 

This is what happens when Google get hold of stuff. Does anyone know of another tracker that does floors. It was such a useful motivator. I don't even like my Fitbit now. I feel conned.

Hi there, @Pholds. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products into consideration.

Please note that  floors aren’t tracked on Charge 5, Luxe or any Inspire series devices, but other Fitbit devices do track floors. Although Charge 5 is designed without floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices does.
