Charge 5 doesn’t work when not connected and won’t reboot

Hello

 

I left my Charge 5 connected to the charger overnight and when I woke up it showed 99% battery. Disconnected it from the charger and the screen went black. Connected it to the charger again and battery showed 1%. Restarted it a few times but it only gets to the Fitbit logo then the screen stays black. Syncs with my iphone when connected to the charger but the Fitbit is totally unresponsive when not connected. Also checked and it has the latest firmware. Please help!

Hi Andrew, yep, I’ve wasted a lot of time today trying to get my screen display back,.. to no avail..

Tried all the advised ‘fixes’ without joy… Maybe it might work tomorrow🙁🤔
