I have seen many inquiries regarding the family link app and Fitbit smartwatches. None of them help at all. It’s the same answers….. only Ace watches can be used for the family link app. This is super frustrating because parents are ok with their children using different watches besides the Ace. We are buying the products make them usable for family link, or give us a refund.
