I haven't used Fir it pay for a while and attempted to use it today and it completely shut the Fit it down and it wouldn't start up until I connected to the charger. I attempted again and the moment I tap "pame ts" it turns off. I read other posts about this saying to try deleting the card and adding it again. This did not work. I tried delete card and using one from a other bank, again the Fitbit **ahem** down as soon as I tapped "payments." I tried a total of 3 cards with the same results.
Other posts have a comment from a rep that there are no other posts with this problem found, but I found several. Oddly all have comments **ahem** off so that nobody can reply that they have the same problem too. So I'm jear to start a new thread to say, this is a problem happen with my Fitbit too.
I am in California and I have tried cards from Bank of America, Chase and US Bank.
I have tried factory resetting my Fitbit and that has also not worked.
