My Charge 5 is showing a row of dots across the top of the screen and nothing else. When i sync it, it does seem to be recordin data but i can't get it to display a regular information. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Try a restart .

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
