If you haven't read this post, you might be interested in the detailed steps that a user completed which apparently got his Charge 5 battery fixed: Possible fix for Charge 5 rapid battery drain

If you try his process, hopefully you'll have a similar positive experience.

I actually saw this helpful thread and tried the steps it did resolve it
for a day then the watch was back draining the batteries it didn't work for
me and I lost my 4 years of data with Fitbit 😞
