My Fitbit 5 is stuck on the Fitbit logo. I have uninstalled on the app and tried to reset it. The app doesn't recognize the device and it continues to flash the logo. Please advise.
PS I have tried the fixes seen on YouTube, but nothing is working. This device is only 4 months old. Very frustrated.

You will need to contact Fitbit support. I had good luck getting help from them using their Twitter (now “X”) support page, as posted above.

I contacted support through the chat, they sent me a replacement link given the Charge 5 was still under warranty. They then cancelled the replacement without communication. I contacted them twice since. They say they will contact me via email but it never happens...
It seems the product has a serious latent design flaw and Fitbit is not really helpful or willing to honor the warranty...
