My fitbit charge 5 lasted less than a year. I'm really bummed it won't turn on after rebooting (pressed button on charger 3 times with 1 second in-between.) I'm a loyal user of 12 years with a premium subscription and find through at least 6 devices. Without challenges and now a short lived device, I'm considering other options. What are you experiencing and any solutions?

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

My Charge 5 won't turn on and while charging it flashes the fitbit logo then goes off and repeats. So a solution to restart my fitbit that involves it being on to swipe down is kind of a non-starter. Hopefully we can find some resolution because fitbits randomly stopping working seems all too common.

Contacted support through the chat, they sent me a replacement link given the Charge 5 was still under warranty. They then cancelled the replacement without communication. I contacted them twice since. They say they will contact me via email but it never happens...
It seems Google acquired them they started to make unreliable products, they have no customer service, and are not willing to honor the warranty... I will personally looking at the competition if they do not send me a replacement soon!
