Hi ,had a Fitbit 5 for Christmas, set it up with the email on my phone , I am getting message notifications but I am not receiving emails on my phone since set up

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your e-mails.
Just to confirm, let me know if you're not receiving your e-mail notifications or if you're experiencing any problem with the Charge 5 itself. Keep in mind that although the creation of a Fitbit account requires you to use an e-mail address, as it happens with most products and service providers that require you to create an account or registration, this would have no influence on whether you receive e-mails on your phone or not.
